More information has come to light on the shooting of Proof, a member of Eminem’s crew D-12. According to several witnesses Proof and army veteran / bouncer Keith Bender Jr. got into an altercation over a pool game. Someone shot in the air to try and stop the commotion. From there Proof allegedly pistol whipped Bender, dropped him to the ground and shot him twice in the head. Bender’s cousin, bouncer Mario Etheridge, then opened fire on the rapper shooting him 4 times, twice in the head and twice in the chest killing him instantly. Mario Etheridge has surrendered to authorities and is cooperating. Keith Bender Jr. remains in the hospital in critical condition. More updates on this as the facts come out.
