Overview: Wu-Tang’s most overlooked member delivers simple, yet gritty East Coast hip hop. The lyrics and the production are equally on-point for the most part. Rza’s “A Little Story” is a stand out track, along with the self-produced “My Style” and “Get Ya Weight Up.” This album will satisfy the here and now, but isn’t going to be one for the ages. There are some sleepier joints on the it, but they lack the neck snappin’, head noddin’ appeal you expect from the Wu. If you need your Shaolin fix, this should get you over.
Dopeness Percentage - Takes into account how many dope songs there are compared to tracks on the album. For example, if an album had 14 tracks and 5 of them were dope, you have a Dopeness of 36%.
